Born 1957, Düsseldorf, Germany - In 1977, Robert received his Dental Technology Degree from Albrecht Dürer College in Düsseldorf, Germany. In 1986, he came to Glidewell Labs and helped establish the BioTemps Department.

Today, Robert manages BDL Prosthetics, a comprehensive, fixed ceramics laboratory. Robert enjoys movies, dining out, outdoor activities and fitness.

Born in Seoul, Korea - Kim came to Glidewell Dental Laboratories in 1989. She showed outstanding technical skills in the All-Ceramic Department. She began working in the BioTemps Department in 1990. She excelled in her position there, and began teaching the skill
Born in Seoul, Korea - Kim came to Glidewell Dental Laboratories in 1989. She showed outstanding technical skills in the All-Ceramic Department. She began working in the BioTemps Department in 1990. She excelled in her position there, and began teaching the skill
of making BioTemps, and also served as a quality control supervisor. Kim quickly advanced in the company, and took her current position as BDL Prosthetics' Operations Manager in 1998. When she’s not at work, Kim enjoys dancing and writing.
