Using your pre-operative study models, our case designers at BDL Prosthetics use your prescription and their expertise to carefully prepare the teeth to the specific dimensions needed to fabricate beautiful and strong ceramic casework.
A thin (0.5 mm) plastic sheet is thermoformed over the prepared model to provide an intra-oral guide that helps you visualize and confirm the correct preparation. In-lab working time is 2 days.
