What are the minimum computer specifications required to watch BDL Prosthetics Online videos?

Windows

• 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM - 512 MB recommended
• Broadband Internet connection or access to a high-speed network

Do I need to upgrade my Internet Browser?
Most modern browsers should allow you to view BDL Prosthetics Online videos. However, you may find it necessary to upgrade to the most recent version of your browser. To upgrade your browser, use the following links:

How can I set my browser to allow the presentation pop-up window to open?
Pop-up blockers may prevent the presentation window from opening. To fix this problem, set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from bdlprosthetics.com. Please see your pop-up blocker's help section for more information. Many pop-up blockers can by modified via a "settings," "options," or "block/allow" button.

The presentation window opens, but I cannot see any video.
A browser error may have occurred. If this problem persists, try closing the window and relaunch the presentation. Your Internet Service Provider may be experiencing problems with their servers. If you cannot view other pages, and if the problem persists, you should contact your Internet Service Provider. You may need to empty your Browser cache. Why do the video presentations stop or pause?
The most common cause of a stop or pause is Internet traffic congestion or low bandwidth. You may need to upgrade to higher speed service or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be experiencing high traffic volume. Please contact your ISP for more information.

Is a Firewall blocking my video presentaiton?
Some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers block video transmissions. If you cannot see video (even though your system meets the system requirements), you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider or Network Administrator to see whether a security Firewall is blocking video transmission.
