• Wrap additional items in bubble wrap.
• Place the articulator in the cardboard insert.
• Place the articulator and insert in the box.
• Place additional items in the box.
• Fold the completed Rx and place in the box.
• Close box and seal with packing tape.
• Peel and stick preprinted label to box.
